What are you investing in? You gotta build the damn thing first before you invest. Right now the investors are gamblers if you ask me. Building means to stabilize and allow usage first

why are people pouring their life savings into this? honest question. If it was about the idea of having a stable world currency you would invest into building it first, later use it.

How does it go from investment to Why are people pouring their life saving into this? Investment doesn't mean Life savings.

People throwing their money buying the unfinished house, expecting others to finish it and then walk away with a huge profit without having done anything, that is a problem...

So ask yourself what kind of investor you are? Are you a builder or do you speculate. If you are a builder you never lose, if you are a speculator, you have to accept losing.

Once it's a stable adopted currency it won't be worth investing in. Does it pay dividends? No. You go ahead and invest when it's 100,000 a coin.

Read my other posts below, that's what I think about speculating. In my opinion you have no right to complain.

Speculation always has more risk. But who follows a guy that threatens to trade at 0? More risk there. Imagine a CEO saying we are going to have to trade at 0 to fix some things.

I follow the builder, not the speculator.
replied 2211d
You mean you follow the built. Because building is still speculating. To each their own. Once it's adopted it's good to own to spend, but there won't be any investment value.

Building is proof of work. Adoption is born from speculation of a proven well built product.

It's not speculating because as a builder you don't lose. You learn something and spend the time on earth with a purpose. After Bitcoin is built, how is there no investment value?

No matter what you invest in at any time you can lose. Whether you invest in Speculative or Blue Chip, Mutual fund, Gold. Unless you invest in like a 2% CD or something. Good luck.
