Works great as a Twitter clone, not a Reddit clone. Plus we lose all of the organic users discovering BCH via Reddit, which should not be underestimated.

Matter.cash is trying to be a reddit clone. They even have submatters but I don't think anyone's using it.

That's a bit of a stretch of the word "clone". Memo is, functionally, exactly like Twitter. Matter is its own thing.

I dont mind being criticized or engaging in debate as long as ppl are respectful and refrain from ad-hominem. that is the issue i have w/ r\btc is that ppl are rude and disrespectful

Agreed. It seems that if people are hiding behind a screen name they are empowered to say anything no matter how rude/mean/disrespectful. They would never say such things in person.
