so a society where literally everyone can be indicted and dragged into the legal system at anytime is a healthy one? what side of the fence are you on?
You aren't thinking big enough. Put yourself in the shoes of would-be slave masters over entire continents or the entire planet. Having things set up that way would be ideal.
Ideal for what? Creating hell on earth?
