Like, for pizza i usually get a call to come down from my building to pick up my order. In that case, it's as simple as using the number from call history for CoinText.
I haven't personally done it yet, but if i were to tip a waiter in BCH either I'd give them the choice first or simply give them both USD and BCH to make them happy.
I ask them if I can tip 1/2 cash and then give $5 via Cointext. It works every time
