i'm not for or against gold: truth is there is no stopping its mining. we'll go to outer space to get it. i'm pointing out that the argument that bitcoin is anti-ecological is naive.
yes, bitcoin mining burns energy (less than fiat though). this is what makes it secure and what makes it money. those wishing for a eco-light alternative don't understand the system.
