In collectivism, you have no freedom. You must comply with the will of the collective. Otherwise you are excised from the collective.

Bullshit. You choose if you want to work and for who in a capitalist society. You can even open your own business. In communist society you get told what to do. Just ask North Korea.
Well, if you really insist on defining running a business as "exploiting the poor" and working as "being exploited". The only moral option is to do neither. Id wager you'll have a
hard time defining any other alternative as anything but exploitation in some fashion. The only "non-exploitive" thing is simply giving.
