Centrally planned economy doesn't care if it is run by the government or private corporation. The end result is exactly the same.
There is one massive difference though: government run business doesn't make people as rich (and politically more powerful then the government) as capitalist business does.
This is how Deep State starts, you end up people no longer see their real enemy, they can vote the corrupt politician out, but new one will just replace it & nothing will ever change.
Well one can argue that central banks and big corporations are the real government running the show and your point would still stand.
Yes, only state central bank is still state controlled bank ahich people can vote in/out but private central bank cant be voted in/out
