I think he means in the yin/yang chaos/order sense. Basically the chaos side is going to be anything associated with the unknown - the future, potential, fluidity, emotion, change etc.
I'll explain why. Creative energy comes from lack of ego. Naturally, the female is wired to have less ego because of hormonal difference. Ego prevents the universal link to ideas.
