"With BCH I can send instant payments directly from my hw wallet. Any LN node, for example Blue Wallet, must have a hot key to sign tx's.
It is only a matter of time until a large LN node is hacked and all funds lost.

The chance of this happening is 99% in the next 2 years. If you doubt it, ask a computer security expert.

Banks have a lot of money in "hot wallet" too. It's not different, and they don't get hacked
Moreover with LN I'm pretty sure you can hide behind tor

Oh wow, now THAT's a BS argument. So "banks" hold coins in a permissionless crypto fiat ledger?.....

What's the difference ? There is a lot of cash inside "banks" (or ATM or whatever) that you can just steal if you hack them. If we use crypto it won't be different, we won't have hacks

Banks only open accounts to people with known identities in the same country as they are located in, that's the difference.

My experience is different. I opened a US bank account without residing there.

How that makes them less vurenable to hacks ?
