Anyone who does not control the access to the resources he needs to survive is a slave. Anyone who depends on money instead of a vegetable garden is a slave. They enslaved us by controlling food production.
No politician, businessman or even farmer produces everything he eats, drinks and uses as shelter. Everyone trades for something, so everyone is a "slave" by your definition.

The technology which allows peer 2 peer communication like twitter or memo is very different from a public forum. Public forum must allow free speech. Memo is individual conversation.
