Can i just use my bch wallet address and put the simpleledger prefix? If so here it is otherwise ill generate one tomorrow: simpleledger:pzm4fyjqa3udm6ynhv48vzrjpu5732c9egx2p68wtq
It doesn't work that way. However, I took your bch address and converted it to SLP (simpleledger:pzm4fyjqa3udm6ynhv48vzrjpu5732c9eg232pjw47) and sent you some tokens there. Enjoy.
Thanks. If they will not sky rocket in value I will hate you! Why is it that both addresses are so similar? They only differ in the last 8 digits. And how did you convert it?
They are worthless now as I am just doing a test distribution. I will announce something to give them value before the end of the year. Addresses can be converted in Electron Cash.
Installed the electron wallet and restored a wallet from the same seed who generated the address from yesterday. But can not find the tokens. How can i access the tokens you sent?
You need to the SLP version of Electron Cash (beta). Get it from their website. They plan to test for another month before merging and releasing SLP as part of the default package.
Yes i am using that beta version. With that tool i did import the bip39 seed from my bitcoin.com wallet and there are no tokens showing up. Maybe a bug?
Hit `Receive` in EC and it's the address displayed. Looks like `simpleledger:qz79jauzlhm5yjxluuau4t27aslrjsjh65zy3l970w`. There is also an address converter in EC.
Thanks for that advice, I am already disgusted by the complexity of this software and now I feel i am just wasting time with that stuff. Geeks are living in their own world.
Not yet. SLP in EC is in beta and they plan to merge it into the master in the next month. EC is also looking at adding it to mobile shortly after. Source: Devs in Telegram
