Great leaders inspire. They put aside petty differences and accept that people make mistakes.
They build bridges instead of burning them down. They forgive but don't forget.
They compliment successes and don't bully failures. Most importantly they lead by example.
It's easy to destroy something. It's easy to insult someone.
It's much harder to offer constructive criticism, to see in another person's efforts a reflection of one's own desire to contribute and achieve.
Being a great leader is very challenging and is why we see so few.
