State power, which is the most likely source of catastrophe, is married to corporate power. A "pure capitalism" that is free market + free exchange is as mythical as "the Soviet Union"
That may have been true in the past. We now have better tools to support a free market in the absence of government. Obviously such a system will not be realized overnight.
Just as new tech further enables iteration on the authoritarian (commie) fork of earth civilization, so does it enable iteration on the liberty fork (non-crony voluntary trade)
