I got news for you It's already cash. The larger blocks are so businesses can build on top of it. And ABC's roadmap is to build larger blocks.

The only big businesses interested in ABC are unlicensed gambling and moneychangers.

Gambling is the core of Bitcoin's early success. "Unlicensed"? Bitcoin is above jurisdictions. No court can delete this memo. Moving forward OP_RETURN and DSV will enable so much more

Nobody but anarchists care about any of that. This site is a fun toy, but hardly noteworthy.
replied 2269d
Then why do you feel the need to spew your endless SV shilling and fear mongering here, if it doesn't matter?

Other people never need to care. Good infrastructure is invisible. Bitcoin was "a fun toy, but hardly noteworthy" for years, now IMF is forced to talk about crypto. Early days
replied 2269d
I don't mind anarchists. I mind stupidity.
replied 2269d
No it won't. And you are calling SatoshiDice a success.
replied 2271d
Then whats Bitpay? What's coinbase? What's the diamcoin coming in January? What's PurseIO? I could keep going.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
Bitpay and coinbase are moneychangers. They are middlemen. Real Bitcoin is designed to not need them.
replied 2271d
Bitpay is a way to pay your bill in Crypto and one of the biggest companies. They may have a way to change to fiat but that's not the original purpose.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
Wrong again, Sir. Bitpay was created to allow businesses to accept bitcoin, but get the exact amount in fiat. That was their original purpose and even says so in the name.
replied 2271d
If I have BCH and I go pay my bill in with Bitpay at Dish Network I don't have to change anything to fiat. The business has the option of changing to fiat or not.
TrashPosterInTheDark
replied 2271d
Yes, until changing bitcoins to fiat becomes useless.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
Then what will their business model be? ABC supports a securities platform. Problem is, securities already destroyed Ethereum and they will destroy ABCs coin.
TrashPosterInTheDark
replied 2271d
What destroyed ETH is the ability to put code in the blocks.
replied 2269d
...and the verdict is still out on whether ETH is really "destroyed". That notion is a bit premature when someone knows just a little bit of crypto history.
TrashPosterInTheDark
replied 2271d
Yeah in the long run. Meanwhile they are bridges for those who have not to have some.
replied 2271d
And Until BCH is accepted everywhere you have to have a way to change back to fiat.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
I agree, but ABC is not BCH.
replied 2271d
Um wrong sir. Your opinion can't override fact.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
Ditto
replied 2271d
it's fact that ABC chain got the BCH name. Don't be a douche.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
And maybe a soon worthless name.
replied 2271d
Yeah and maybe your grandma mike smack you over the head with a frying pan to knock some sense into you.
cbeastsv
replied 2271d
I could care less if ABC and SV go to zero. Bitcoin started at zero. I'm not afraid, are you?
replied 2269d
I am not afraid, but if it is possible to undermine BCH (or BSV) because of two ignorant blown up egos owning a patent trolling company, it was doomed to fail anyway.
replied 2271d
Are you a BTC troll? Otherwise doesn't make sense.
TrashPosterInTheDark
replied 2271d
It is for everyone but you and Nchain.
TrashPosterInTheDark
replied 2271d
For now. It might change in the future if a better implementation becomes more popular.
