Can you confirm that the Windows time zone is set to EDT? I just tested by changing time zone in Windows to EDT and FF/Memo picked up the change after restarting the browser.
Further to my First Reply to your Memo. it's now showing EDT on Firefox Desktop using Linux/Ubuntu. But this has happened before and then it will go back to PDT for some reason.
