Indeed. I wonder if it's stress test or real. I looked through some blocks - and it looks like it's real txs.

It is not. The spikes from 0 to 30k transactions in less than 30 minutes is nothing but someone joking with some 'stress' script. https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#3,1w
