YouTube has a feature in the little gear icon so you can slow down video without lowering pitch. You can also speed it up without it sounding like a chipmunk if your brain's on turbo.

Great content, but would prefer a multi-camera format. When someone is talking it is good to focus on the person speaking with no distractions. Individual cameras provide that focus.
