It can be five years into the future, maybe more or maybe less, but it will definitely be possible to live stream on social networks similar to memo, and receive 100% tips :)

We don't have every technology need for such a change, and what is slowing things is if you receive 100% than there is no incentive to develop such a platform.

Yep, or by community for community.
It is like nothing changes for a prolonged period of time, and then suddenly everything changes.
