If you can retrieve the transactions (TXs) from the blockchain that have memo protocol data in them, you can display them. You can write your own code to do so if you are tech enough.
Ok. I am not right now. I would need to develop that. Do you have any suggestions in that regard? Perhaps I should ask the devs for direction?
It's pretty technical even for me being a programmer/software developer of over 20 years experience, so I haven't even attempted to set up my own instance of it to begin working on it.

Use bitdb for getting the info and datacash for sending txs
If you can manage that, then I think you will know what to do next. It is a long journey though. In lieu of that, helping adoption and telling friends about memo is great too.
If you have programming ability though, my suggestion would be to try to understand the fundamentals of bitcoin first, then use a library to create a memo post.
