I found it is a barrier for newbie to join memo.cash and have his/her balanced topped up. How about a small amount of satoshis to get started with for verified accounts with a limited time offer?
Also, would be nice to have a feature to tip the new user directly on profile page, even if the user has no posts yet.

Yep, just a tip to an account address incorporated into a follow action. Not an actual tip action, just an additional output with a tip. We can call it a Welcome Tip! Easy to implement
