Nothing you are saying is true. Bribing is illegal. All citizens can vote. Being poor, or a minority, in no way prevents anyone from voting.
Thatcher tried it here in the UK. The poll tax. The link between the tax and your right to vote was just one of the many reasons this tax brought down a elitest Tory government.
