Oh Cebuana Lhuillier you mean. Oh yes there are really VERY EASY ways now here you can cash out crypto here. It doesn't require being a tech savvy. Cashing out BTC here is a NO-NO.
Coins.ph also supports now Bitcoin Cash and XRP. The spread of BTC here is so immense and let's just proliferate the use of BCH instead.
