Decentralized images/files hosting. Maybe something like ipfs.. For example to post image I share link to file from shared folder on my harddrive, and it's copied after each view.
Can be achieved using WebTorrent implementation of battle tested BitTorrent protocol. No need for foreign and untested ipfs. Join memo.cash/topic/webTorrent to follow discussions.
WebTorrent would work too, sure. to keep image data, not only links to outside files.
