📍The UK will invest 10 billion pounds ($12 billion) to put its defense industry on a “war footing,” UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says.

He has confirmed London's intention to increase defense spending to 2.5% of GDP by 2030. Over the next six years, the British authorities will spend an additional 75 billion pounds ($92 billion) in the military sector, Sunak adds.
