BCH supporters believe in centralization of what?
I think in general your document is trying to cover too many topics (diff use cases, technical details about block sizes, LN) needs one clear topic sentence.
What is the context for this? Who is the target audience? Still some technical terms (depending on your audience (e.g. forks, settlement layer, payment channel).
The reason why that stuff is going to be lightly touched upon on is because it is a very simple minded people
