Decentralized exchanges are coming. But can they properly support Bitcoin <--> Fiat exchange? Seems to me without it they are not so important (why sell BCH for a shitcoin?), supporting it is hard
The only one I know is BISQ, but it only supports BTC and often you have to pay a premium to buy it with fiat.
