Edit and delete actions can be added to the protocol and supported in the UI. Of course since it's on-chain you will always be able to see the original.
if you just replace txhash to new how can I see original? just in my profiles' feed?
Meaning you can always see it on-chain. UIs would have to decide how to treat it.
