Meditation is the long term cure for depression. Depression is from within the mind and Meditation is what heals the mind. The mind running on autopilot causes depression/anxiety.
Huh. I was thinking living in a society where people are indoctrinated and constantly project, where simply getting food or having consistent shelter is always up in question, was why.
Do some research into the benefits of meditation. It is scientifically proven to resolve depression/anxiety and I have personally overcome both in my own life using meditation daily.
I still like the idea of using likes normally though. It's enough volume in and of itself, wouldn't you say? Just find ways to talk with people on here, and your efforts multiply :)
Plus, if you post a lot, each post is a TX. Which is more likely to get additional activity. I mean, look at this. 5 replies. Not a single like. But others might like them.
Is the time that you spend on liking your own posts is less effective for promoting BCH and memo than encouraging others by liking their, or bringing this format to other platforms?
Hahahaha! Your entire rant was fantastic 🤗 I try to do a little of everything. Make new posts, comment on posts, like as many posts as I can :D all of it makes a big impact!
My least favorite thing (and ironically the reason I end up using it more than other platforms) about memo is how absolutely permanent the Post Reply button is.
I smoked weed for 20 years. You know what it got me? Depression/anxiety. Quitting weed and learning to meditate daily is the best way to create a real lasting positive effect & change
Possibly. However when I smoked weed all day everyday for 20 years I didn’t see that there was any ill effects either. Wasn’t until I quit 6 months ago that I felt the difference
I haven't smoked weed everyday for 20 years. I hadn't smoked for 6 months and had some recently and remembered how much I miss it. My life situation is screwy.
What would help the most? People being able to have food and shelter without worry. We don't have that principally because, based on that worry, the claim of the need for rulers.
