I was the only guy there talking about memo. People don't quite get the significance of uncensorable, decentralized social media with built in money incentives yet.
Clearly your ahead of the game. I think of Memo as just a Social Wallet. It''s pretty kewl now. Hope it can stay that way.
BTW, Roger was 100% exactly the same person you see in any interviews on YouTube/TV. Super open and willing to chat about whatever. I also met one of the Mt. Gox protestors. Nice guys.

The setting was so casual and low key that it was totally no big deal. He loves bitcoin so much that you'll never have awkward silence. He's got lots of funny/crazy stories too.
Awesome! How many people do u reckon were there? What did you find that he loves most about Bitcoin (Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin)? Were you paying for items in Bitcoin Cash at the meet-up?
The amount of intelligence in the room was palpable. Super creative, multidisciplinary bunch of curious folks. We were talking philosophy, science, economics, culture, geopolitics...
As for Roger, I feel like he loves Bitcoin because it's extremely usefulI. Theres so many opportunities not available to people via the trad banking/money system that BCH enables.
Yeah the place takes BCH for drinks and food. Probably about 25 people came through throughout the night. Seems like theres about 10 regular attendees and then some randos come and go.
