⚡️Russian specialists have arrived in Niamey aboard an Il-76 aircraft to train Nigerien forces on combating terrorism, correspondent reports.

Nigerian state broadcaster RTN aired the landing of the aircraft in Niamey, recalling a conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Abdourahmane Tchiani, the chairman of Niger’s National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland, held in March 2024.
