no doubt they'll take the easy way out 😒 and skip over assuming innocence until proven guilty. (e.g. making money laundering a crime bc its too difficult to catch actual criminals)
Asset Forfeiture is a truly turd-like policy since the Police that confiscates the Money is able to keep it and use it in their budget, which is the most perverse legal incentive.
