Maybe you have to sweep your memo wallet and the refill it? That's my best guess. But I'm not an expert.
Sweeping all your UTXOs to a new clean address should work, but if an UTXO has a balance under the dust limit, it can be spend?
You can sweep all your UTXOs back to your memo address. I've done that. memo continued just fine.
