I did not know that memo was free now. How did Jason make that happen? Are new users gifted satoshis?
A Faucet was made. Essentially it sends users funds to post Memo's on the spot and immediately sends the change back to the Faucet. This allows Memo to be completely free. It does not allow tipping and sending for obvious reasons.
