Received a BTC payment to a legacy address. 30 min later, no conf. Spent it unconfirmed to a Segwit address & it had 1 conf in 3 mins. How can I spend 0-conf BTC that hasn't been mined? Should I double spend attempt?
Both transactions of yours got confirmed in the same block. 30 minutes without a new block is nothing unusual.
