I believe bitcoin is an artefact of this 4th dimension. IMO the 3rd dimension is "intelligent work," i.e. rationality, but bitcoin is not simply rational, but is *bounded by* rationality, i,e, economic/game-theoretic as opposed to a hub and spoke model.
