I am a vegan for five years now & I never had a better health, all my skin disease have disappeared, my skin actually gets a tan now, before I would just get red & skin would peel.

what about vitamin b12, do you have any deficiencies? I've been a vegetarian for over 1 year and feel fine. I'm going to test my blood this year to find fault.

I walk barefoot always and do not use shampoo. B12 is a bacteria can be absorbed by the skin. Having a dog helps too! B12 deficiency is a first world problem. You can also supplement.

B12 is not a bacteria, just a vitamin. It is only produced by certain bacteria (found in soils, and in the guts of animals, where they produce B12).

For me it is easier described as a bacteria. Dogs & Cats have this bacteria in their fur as they lick everywhere. Humans who have contact with dogs & cats live longer & healthier.

YouTube for me is the best source for anything, because the information is much more credible as people who show their face can not be lieng or paid pharma manipulators so easy.
