We already have consensus that we want to work on the system so it will be able to scale past blocks of 22 MB big. So everybody in BCH wants a solution, or do you disagree?
Everybody wants a solution, not everyone wants it to be CTOR + Graphene. Not saying it isn't the best path forward, but I have no idea.
If CTOR does the job 90% why not accept it? It simply everything to all agree in a standard.
