for the poster UI, how to set "Yes" get 1000 tip, "No" get 0 tip?

But what is the purpose of this function that you propose? seems like it defeat the purpose of voting if you are swaying the vote with Get Tips

Feedback: add option to hide your votes as a profile setting. Some people may be discouraged from voting if their votes are publicly visible.
You are right. But they are probably public on the chain.
