I resolved it by topping up my account with a fresh transfer. I think the error has to with fragmented dust in your memo wallet.

I ain't doing that. I lower my bet (from 100k to 50k) and it accept it. I have enough satoshis.

Any way to solve dust fragmentation? Dust limit is set in BCH protocol?

I imported my memo key into Electron Cash wallet, and consolidated all UTXOs.

that fixed it for me - I couldnt place any bets despite having a healthy balance. Did the import key sweep in electron cash, then sent back to Memo and its working again

Maybe you have to sweep your memo wallet and the refill it? That's my best guess. But I'm not an expert.

Sweeping all your UTXOs to a new clean address should work, but if an UTXO has a balance under the dust limit, it can be spend?

You can sweep all your UTXOs back to your memo address. I've done that. memo continued just fine.
