If that smartphone Presidential Alert is used for anything other than disclosing UFO's or a call for a nationwide meditation/prayer session, it is just going to be a whole lot less exciting.
The only time in the history of the EBS/EAS that called for a national alert, it wasn't used. The first national test was a disaster. This test was much better. (cont)
