It might also get Chinese people interested in BCH (for reasons besides speculation) and in other censorship resistant applications (such as keyport.cash).

Here in particular we would be gambling the future of BCH that it will work. Also, if the chinese get interested in BCH as censorship resistor the attack on it will be stronger
