Your forgetting the extra circle where that surplus value is used to pay back corporate costs, property, taxes, utilities, licensing etc. then the much smaller circle of raw profit.
If socialists want that "surplus value extracted from your labor" then they must also pay the costs associated with that labor.
Certainly possible if i do say so myself. But you won't find yourself in the utopia you dream of where everyone's needs and wants are met with the same quantity and quality of labor.
