Use electron cash on desktop. Go to memo dashboard, hit export, copy the second thing “WIF Compressed (base58)” and paste into electron cash

Yep pretty sure lowest fee possible on electron is 1sat/byte 👍

You can manually set any fee you like, but most nodes will reject a transaction with a fee < 1 sat/byte, and it won't broadcast to the network.
