Yeah, Memo's fee cuts out a lot of spam. But wait, as soon as spammers figure out the ROI, they'll be paying to spam.
The difference is, on Twitter/Reddit etc. other ppl have control over what you see in your feed. Memo is more like email where you can block spammers/whitelist/prioritize your own feed
