I agree but bashing people that speculate or "invest" is a terrible habit in BSV like smoking cigarettes. Just boomer logic like cigars or manhandling wives or buying cheap land. Philosophy that has gone the way of the dodo bird: still around but obsolete.

Old guys got cheap houses in the 80s that doubled, tripled in value. Money and credit for nothing. Then they borrowed against the houses while getting jobs in new industries with little experience because the job provided training (now obsolete). Early recipients of the benefits of inflation who now think they are financial smarties but really were early entrants into the Post War Ponzi Scheme of socialist government. Now spending their luxury time lecturing broke, suicidal kids on the Constitution.

Which 2B brutally honest, they failed to defend, mostly domestic. And now expect their pacified and pampered grand children to fight a revolution against FDR. While at the golf club begging the neighborhood grandpas to p...
