an outlet for his anger before we can help him, but he has nothing useful to say. All nonsense of course, but still a majority of our population seems to have this attitude these days.
Also, in general, people being "angry" are often easily brushed aside in discussions, since they come off a bit as clowns, and as a blockage to civilized conversation.
