Bitpay and coinbase are moneychangers. They are middlemen. Real Bitcoin is designed to not need them.

Bitpay is a way to pay your bill in Crypto and one of the biggest companies. They may have a way to change to fiat but that's not the original purpose.

If I have BCH and I go pay my bill in with Bitpay at Dish Network I don't have to change anything to fiat. The business has the option of changing to fiat or not.
