memo is a small world :( locking competitors out, while increasing pay to engineers, also results in lazier engineers who are comfortable with their enterprise contracts
The laws aren't perfect, I'll agree with you there. Though without the protection of patent law, they probably would have no contract in the first place. Complex subject for sure.
