I do prefer BCH but if BTC keeps being the gold standard of crypto I dont mind it. It'd be better BCH and BTC has a peaceful relation and one is gold and the other is cash. like BTC pushes for LTC. Is it feasible?
So if BCH becomes a better store of value because of it's usage as cash(it'll be more scarce on exchanges so price goes up) then there will be no reason for BTC to exist.

The problem is that BTC is only the gold standard for the same reason that GOLD is the gold standard. It's just because people agree that it is.
Someone said it, and everybody followed. The original intent was cash. Then it didn't work and the BTC core people yelled "Store of Value" and the followers yelled. OK. .

unless all exchange creates pairs with BCH like Coinex, BTC is the main vehicle to get any crypto, even BCH. Also BCH should get the ticket of BTC. That is too famous.
Yep. That is why BTC has so much volume. It would be interesting to see what the actual trade volume is just for BTC(Excluding in and out of alt coins).
It remains to be seen if people want to Hodl BTC Without being a currency. Only time will tell. In the end, what creates the demand?
