I wrote 'Knowledge is Power' in tiny print under my bedroom window sill when I was about 10 years old. I guess it seemed like an idea worth holding onto. I hadn't thought of the incident in decades until just this morning, when I independently came to the same conclusion... that knowledge is not power, but more like potential energy. Knowledge must be organized and focused like a laser beam if you want to leave a mark on this world.
